Mass-spec-based protein identification and quantification, pooled from every node that has synced a profile for a given site. Raw instrument runs stay at the originating node by default — only these derived, identified-protein rows sync automatically; a Continental Admin can still request the raw runs themselves via a consent-gated node<->Hub transfer.
